At Bácús Eala, every single treat is baked freshly to order in small weekly batches. To guarantee you receive the finest artisan cookies, brownies, and loaves for your weekend, we operate on a pre-order schedule closing each Thursday at 4pm for Saturday pickup.

How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple. Browse our weekly menu online and pick your favourites. When you have decided, send a message via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email with your chosen items. I will confirm product availability, total price, and collection details so your freshly baked treats are ready for Saturday.

When do orders close each week?

Orders close promptly at 4pm every Thursday. This allows time to source the freshest ingredients, prepare the doughs and batters, and bake everything to perfection. Because weekly quantities are strictly limited, ordering early is strongly recommended.

Can I order after the Thursday 4pm cut-off?

Orders are normally closed after 4pm on Thursday so everything can be prepped for Saturday. However, you are always welcome to drop me a quick message—if there is any remaining availability or extra capacity, I will gladly let you know.

Do you offer local delivery?

Our primary option is Saturday collection. However, local delivery around Greystones can occasionally be arranged for a small additional fee. Please mention your delivery request when placing your order.

How does Saturday collection work?

Saturday collection is designed to be as relaxed and flexible as possible. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive the exact location and your agreed collection time. A wide pickup window is offered throughout Saturday, and we are happy to arrange a convenient time that suits your plans.

What should I do if I am running late for collection?

We completely understand that weekend plans can change. If you are running late or need to reschedule your collection time, just send a quick message as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?

Allergen information is available upon request for every bake. If you have an allergy or specific dietary requirement, please let us know when ordering so we can provide advice on suitable options.

How should I store my artisan bakes?

Full storage instructions are provided upon request if you are concerned, as ideal storage differs between fudgy brownies, delicate shortbreads, and fresh banana breads to ensure optimal freshness throughout the weekend.
