Since I was young baking has been my passion, in my spare time I love to bake and try create new marvellous creations. The name I have chosen to represent my bakes links to my heritage and I take pride in everything I create. I hope you enjoy my bakes as much I enjoy baking them for you. I look forward to creating bakes that cater to moments of happiness, joy and memories in your life.
Crafted with heart and care
Baking has always been a heartfelt devotion. Bácús Eala began as a way to turn that genuine love for baking into something special to share with our community. Each recipe from rich fudgy brownies and golden shortbread to Chocolate chip banana loaves has been carefully tested, refined, and perfected over the years to bring familiar classics to life with an artisan touch.

Balancing Bácús Eala alongside my studies and placements as a student nurse means every bake receives devoted care. I produce strictly limited weekly batches so that we never compromise on freshness, premium ingredients, or individual attention to detail. I hope every single treat that leaves the kitchen is something you will thoroughly enjoy.

There is a quiet magic in setting aside time for yourself on the weekend. Whether enjoyed on a slow Saturday morning with a fresh coffee or shared around the table with family and friends, our bakes are designed to make your weekend feel like an occasion. Pre-orders close every Thursday at 4:00 pm for Saturday collection.
